Where are NV’s volunteers?! Submit & vote for pics of volunteers in your community. Winner will be announced April 28. Click here for more information.
In honor of National Volunteer Week (April 23-29), we hope you will showcase your volunteers by answering the question:
Where Are Nevada’s Volunteers?
It’s like searching for Waldo in the famous Where’s Waldo? Book by Martin Handford, but instead of looking for red and white stripes, we’re looking for Nevada’s volunteers in action. Help us find them!
1. Take a photo of your volunteer(s) in action and submit it to our photo contest gallery between April 1st and April 22nd
2. Vote for your favorite photo from April 23rd to April 27th, during National Volunteer Week
3. The winning photo will be announced on Governor Sandoval’s Twitter and Nevada Volunteers social sites and website on April 28th
Check it out today! Start posting photos tomorrow! http://bit.ly/NVVolWeek
Remember, volunteers are hiding in lots of places—boards, coaches, church committees, advisors, tutors, neighbors—where can YOU find them?
Share with your friends and social networks—spread the word and enlist others to play and vote too! The more volunteers we can find, the better!
